Seems another high-quality lynx's competitor was recently announced (first
public version was announced 24 Nov!). Its name is 'links' - it's made by
Chech guy. Here is it: http://artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~mikulas/links/
  Screenshots are reachable there - it's very fast and handles tables and
frames very good (seems as good as w3m). It uses entity translation tables and
unicode mapping tables from lynx.
  I tried it - it's very very fast. It's available for unix and OS/2. Written
in plain C. Total size of *.c code is 438 Kb.

  For those that won't use 'configure' script - you can safely replace
'F=-lefence' with 'F=' in the makefile.gen.

 Best regards,
  -Vlad
