Its documentation would not really belong in S.URLs IMO, but in the UG.
Following traditional Lynx Inperface Principles, it would be invoked
by a key command. That it isn't, and can be 'called' by a URL instead,
is somewhat accidental.
The standard way to reach LYNXMESSAGES: is supposed to be from the
History Page.
