Is this really true? I thought that LINKS_AND_FIELDS_ARE_NUMBERED
couldn't be set in lynx.cfg, but I didn't know that it couldn't
be overridden there. I don't have a binary compiled with
LINKS_AND_FIELDS_ARE_NUMBERED to test.

Overall, I think the changes make things more clear. Thanks.
