* clarify `General Configuration Instructions (all ports)' in INSTALLATION -PW
you missed a change in PROBLEMS from my large `Options Menu' patch

there were also changes there in userdefs.h lynx.cfg lynx.hlp lynx.man
& a quick check shows the change in lynx.hlp was also missed.
while there may have been a few minor disagreements,
which can be tidied up in another secondary patch,
that chunk of work changed all references consistently to `Options Menu',
describing its two formats as `Key-based' & `Form-based',
which seemed to receive general approval.
before i delete all related files,
did you miss it or do you want a revised version for dev.17 ?
