   -mime_header
   -source -preparsed

Also, invalid URL scheme ("foo:") might act differently from non-existent
local file (lynx /no/such/file) which might be different from file-URL
for non-existent file (lynx file://localhost/no/such/file).  Well ok,
part of this is speculation.
