lynx-dev can't access site

hello. i am able to access a site with lynx 2.8.2 on winNT 4.0 service
pack 3 but i can't access the same site with lynx 2.8.2 on Red Hat 6.1.

the site is:
http://www.eurexchange.com/cgi/kursblatt?symbol=OGBL&expiry=200002

could someone please tell why this site can't be reached from the
command line? opening the browser and using 'G' doesn't do me any good
if i need to parse the site in perl.
