lynx-dev A question on Lynx : Metamail?

Hello.

I don't know if this is the right adress to ask this but I didn't see any
specific e-mail adress for support.

Here I go:

When I invoke lynx at the prompt, it answers:
metamail: Can't open temporary file! 

Nothing in the docs speaks of metamail.  I even took metamail out of my
system but it didn't work.

I'm using Lynx Version 2.8.2pre.5.  It came in an RPM version with Mandrake
Linux.
