lynx-dev Solaris woes

Dear Sirs:

Our university recently upgraded to Solaris 7 and the sysadmin says he
can't get Lynx to compile on it.  Furthermore, he says Solaris 8 is on the
way!

I need Lynx in order to dial into the school's system with an old
computer.

Do you know of a fix for this Solaris problem?
