Yes, that's possible, but not ontop of the tcp/ip stack, but ontop of
the ODI driver. I assume all Novell clients use ODI, but maybe they
can use NDIS too.

Look for a ODI to packet-driver shim called ODIPKT30.ZIP by 
Dan Lanciani. Load this driver after LSL.COM.
