Suggestion: add some dates to the top of the ref-man (that's
displayed via lynx HELP --> manual).
BECAUSE: the usual way of finding the date of a doc, via
"]" to get the "head" (HOPEFULLY containing the modification-date),
doesn't work for the manual, because it isn't html (or so says
the err msg returned by "]").
So: two dates would be nice:
(1) the date of the there-listed VERSION of lynx, eg 2.8.2 (in
the current doc displayed via HELP).
(2) the date of the lastest MODIFICATION to the MANUAL.
