lynx-dev Win32 mouse

Hello!

Is it possible to compile lynx win32 port with mouse support?
PDCurses 2.3 (2.4) seem to support mouse but lynx 2.8.2 and 2.8.3dev20 do
not.
While searching through list archive I found notice that sometime in the
past mouse were working. Is this true?

Any comments someone?
