Looking at my logs, I can see your many attempts to download. Others
are getting the file without problem, however, over the last 2 days
(perhaps a problem from xs4all.nl, also). Two suggestions to try:
1. Try downloading with wget
2. Try downloading via ftp, rather than http
"ftp://ftp.rahul.net/pub/dkaufman/lynx2.8.3dev.21-DOS.zip"
Write to me personally if you still have problems, and I'll try to get
it fixed.
