1) You should probably use a newer version of Lynx.

2) Lynx 2.7 should work with <http://www.netaddress.com>, if it is
installed correctly.  That page is send in compressed (gzip) form, and
Lynx 2.7 needs to invoke "gzip" in order to uncompress it.  Most likely,
Lynx didn't find the "gzip" binary in the expected location (which is
hardwired into Lynx).
 - Find out where lynx expects to find gzip (or guess - try /usr/local
   or /usr/bin).
 - Put a gzip binary there.
(Or, ask the system admin to do this.)
