I don't recall any changes that should have affected this - but
checking, it's likely that when I made the config_enum() function in
LYReadCFG.c, that I didn't preserve the original intent of the
assignments - I did catch that on some other usage, but may have not
noticed this as a problem (can fix that).

I simply adjusted the initialization to match what worked on my NT
box. (Perhaps there's a patch for PDCurses that makes it handle mouse
clicks versus mouse button presses, but I note that the testcurs
program only reports the latter).
Most of the mouse code should be
reworked, since I also see now that it doesn't necessarily perform
the same actions (the PDCurses logic is less complete than the ncurses).
