Try the latest development version following link from
http://lynx.browser.org
Current version (2.8.3dev.23) implements most of things you were asked for.
To build the program say "./configure; make"
than "make install; make install-help"
Now read the ducumentation (INSTALLATION and lynx.cfg,
also Lynx_users_guide.html (press "h" key inside lynx))
and you will probably want to set your preferencies in lynx.cfg
or maybe recompile lynx with several useful configure options.
