... so you need to get a more recent version of Lynx:
wait a couple of weeks until 2-8-3 is finally released,
then goto lynx.isc.org/release , download, read README & INSTALLATION,
do what they say, be prepared to invest a bit of time (it's free software)
& if you still have problems, ask again here.
