It should not know more than a "HELP!" link from the Options Menu,
or help file called by 'H' key - they are available if
HELPFILE is set properly.
So the link should be set in some .h file and checked
by the configure script (as it does for lynx_main_help.html)
Well, probably after release if you suppose doing checkin today.
