lynx-dev add bookmarks problem

1)I am a new user of lynx. I work with it in a windows 98 system. When I
try to add a bookmark it appears "unable to open the bookmark file"
message. In options I have put the right path
"c:\lynx\lynx_bookmarks.html". Where I wrong? In linux this problem not
exist.
2)Is it a download manager for lynx similar to Getright or how to make
Getright to work with lynx?
