 Victor, 

 Could you please submit patches/documentation (like "lynx on Win32 guide")
instead of notes like these? It seems nobody cares about support for
lynx on Win32 here (except for Jim who just compiles lynxes). Otherwise it's
very difficult to follow you suggestions correctly for us unix guys and it
looks like all your efforts are lost. Just invest slightly more time if you
want to help.
