Not really, but instead of a set-cookie header from the server,
the author may be using javascript to simulate one [ignored by
Lynx], and the "not accepting cookies" warning could be inside
<NOSCRIPT>.

The note above is only a guess, and I hope I'm wrong: some bug
in these servers would be easier to work around than adding support
for javascript [not my problem, but I appreciate the difficulty].

Yes please:
        An example URL?
        Persistant cookies enabled?
        HTML source sample?
