lynx-dev Error message - metamail: Can't open temporary file!

I'm just installed Phat Linux 3.2 (Mandrake/RedHat) , everything work
perfectly except lynx , when I'm type 'lynx' or 'lynx http://www.yahoo.com/'
it shown 'metamail: Can't open temporary file!' then back to shell again
without any action, what should I do?
