lynx-dev Setting Network Timeout?

Hopefully this is an easy question.  ;)  I've traversed the lynx.cfg file
and man pages, and haven't found anything.

Is there a known command line flag or cfg file option that I can use to
alter the length of time that Lynx will wait before deciding that the
server is unreachable or not responding?
