I suspect this is EINPROGRESS, which is not an error.  However, if
it failed at this point, it would almost certainly be an OS TCP stack
problem, not a Lynx one.  The numbers are OS dependent.  Linux doesn't
have a 150 and EINPROGRESS is 115.
