Hello ..
I am new to this list ..
Why does lynx include the character '@' and doesnt escape it
rfc 2396 section 2.2 requires '@' to be escaped ...
Has this phenomenon become outdated ...
Other browsers do escape this characters and some query string
parsers will report a Malformed URL error if they encounter it 
in the query string ..

Please correct me if i am wrong ...
And also any source of information if indeed rfc 2396 is obsolete
or my interpretation of this RFC is wrong
I am using lynx 2.8.3rel.1
