In the case that there is _no_ khome or kend entry in the terminal
description, i.e., the terminal description does not correctly define
the actual key input capabilities of a particular terminal, will Lynx
interpret "0x10A" as HOME and "0x10B" as END?  (Or will Lynx do nothing?)
