I'm using the cygwin bash shell. Lynx (seems to) suspend OK with ^Z, but when
I try to bring it back with 'fg', it just repaints the screen with the most
recently displayed page and then exits immediately.
FWIW, mutt doesn't have this problem, but I guess that doesn't necessarily rule
out cygwin's being at fault.
Fairly/most recent cygwin on w95, dev20 lynx.
