It's me again..
Only way to start external programs base on uri's extension instead of
content type seem tos to be using rules. Not too elegant but it works
anyway.
btw: I was unable to permit only local execution links on 2-8-4-pre4,
i had to permit all links before it accepted even local lynxexec: urls.
