I am not really ready to offer it for download. There is already a
Cygwin binary available on all the Cygwin mirror sites. I have compiled
mine with static libraries, and have the paths to my utilities coded in.
The version on the Cygwin site is dynamically linked. If I recall you
need, in addition to the binary, ".dll" files for cygwin1, zlib,
ncurses, and libintl. You also need the cygwin terminfo file. I believe
that to access local files, you may need to refer to them by the cygwin
convertion. That is, to access "d:\downloads\myfile.html", you may need
to go to "file:///cygdrive/d/downloads/myfile.html".
