But a few lines later RFC2616 says:

   The value of Content-Location also defines the base URI for the
   entity.

(cf.: http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec14.html#sec14.14)

Maybe this can be overridden by an explicit
<base href="http://www.srsb.org.uk/";> in the <head> of the document.
