Hello Jim,

My prefered platform is MS-DOS 6.22

Note that my first version of FR.PO works very well, but some bugs occured
with translations. Some of them were not logical, and I've discovered this
when using Lynx. Note that this version fixes a problem with accent
characters. In fact, MS-DOS platforms only support standard MS-DOS accent
characters. ISO-8859-1 characters (and others WINDOWS characters) are bad
displayed, causing troubles on speech synthesizors. Perhaps, ISO-8859-1
accent characters can be supported very well on VMS or UNIX. If so, drop me
a note, and I'll create a special FR.PO with charset ISO-8859-1 and WINDOWS
accent characters.

Sincerly,

Bernard Schweitzer
