Not that it's all that big of a deal to change all the *.po files, but
isn't this something iconv should handle?  (I think the majority of mails
coming in these days use the lower case "iso."  Maybe we should make a
bug/problem report to iconv-dev?  The other way would be to go to the
Free Translation people, but I think it would be an unsurmountable headache
for them.)
