http://www.kit.net/ , a free hosting service without banners and unlimited space / bandwidth blocks all connections from outside Brazil. I removed the site.
http://www.pervalidus.net/cygwin/lynx/ now redirects to the old hosting service (no banners but only 15Mb of space / 100 for bandwitdh, and unreliable - most of the time out of space), and http://pervalidus.dyndns.org:8080/cygwin/lynx/ to my slow cable modem.
