The lynx default concering centering tables resp. table row is still
confusing.  Here is another example where lynx behaves surprisingly:

    http://www.1911encyclopedia.org

There you can try:

    http://www.1911encyclopedia.org/B/BR/BROCKHAUS_FRIEDRICH_ARNOLD.htm 

No doubt, their HTML is very bad, but lynx must not center every single
line inside of <table align=center>.

lynx also ignores <p> elements within <table>...</table>; of course,
this is invalid HTML, but lynx should try to make the best of it.
Using mozilla, the mentioned page does not look that bad...
