I built with the 16i and 16i-iz patches on DJGPP. It compiles fine and
the binary seems to work well as far as I have tested so far.
There is one typo in the patch that has been in the patches for a while,
which stops compilation under gcc 3.3.2 until fixed. This is one
reference in LYMain.c to "LYgetenv", which should be "LYGetEnv".
