I hadn't noticed AM_GNU_GETTEXT, but a few years ago decided in dialog to
omit intl/.  Now that my attention is on this macro - no, I don't have any
use for it for much the same reasons that I decided to remove intl/ -- it
would force me to use a specific flavor of tools which restricts further
design choices I might make.
