Before the release, I tried to compile the MINGW version of
lynx2.8.5pre.4 with PDCurses, but it failed in several places. It looks
like the patch that I submitted in September never made it to the main
code. Did this get overlooked, or was there a problem with it?

Similar changes let pre.4 compile with mingw (at least under Cygwin
using -mno-cygwin).
