  Kib/sec       147 hits
  KB/sec      96200 hits

Enough said for a "personal problem".

Given that the standard is more than 5 years old, we can safely
conclude that it is deadborn (on the whole earth it is mentioned about
twice a month ;-).

Should we jump any bandwagon passing through the town without thinking first?
