Well, I finally went and changed -> to menuseparator. I think I caught all
of them. I also had to change language slightly a couple times (e.g. when
people referred to the Layout->Document popup, which is isn't).
I hopefully didn't ruin anything. I won't guarantee that everything's right
tho. Reference.lyx is most likely to have problems, since I had to do it
by hand. But Reference.lyx still has a couple thousand person-hours of work
before it's done anyway, so maybe that's not such a problem.
