OK. I've created a "non-English" page for www.lyx.org. This one describes
the various features LyX has for non-English readers, writers, and speakers.
This can be thought of as a part of the Features page, which might convince
a non-American/Brit/Australian to use LyX. Plus a links page to non-English
web sites.

(btw, Alejandro's link on the main page is broken. Alejandro, is there a
new site we should link to?)

(btw btw, David, you can steal Alejandro's picture from his home page at
http://modelos1.atmosfcu.unam.mx/~aguilar/ for your (long-ignored?) rogues'
gallery. And you can *still* access my picture from my homepage at
www.voth.chem.utah.edu/~karger. Actually, I haven't heard from David in
ages. "Is anybody out there?" (David should be old enough to get that quote,
even if I'm not :))

Asger will probably gasp at my pathetic use of tables. I welcome him, or
anyone else, to fix it. But I just wanted to get *something* written.

Unfortunately, all of the lyx.org pages will now need to link to this new
page in the navigation bar. Speaking of which, wasn't www.lyx.org going to
move to somewhere (denmark?) that has php? I hope someone will be willing to
*at least* make the link from the main home page! I haven't got the energy
to download every page just to add the three lines linking in
translation.html.

I'm going to change devel.lyx.org/translation.php3, removing the information
I put into translation.html and adding a link. Consider this an incentive to
add the translation page before people complain about link-rot. (This would
be link-pre-rot, actually.)

Please let me know about pages in other languages and/or typos in the page.
I thought about putting a mailto: in the links table, but decided that a
person can just go to that page and find a mailto there. Also, I don't know
the name of the person who has the chinese page. Didn't find it in the
chinese patch either!
