multiple decimal-aligned columns

I followed the instructions in the user guide for the hideous latex 
hack for decimal alignment of tables.  However, it only works for the 
first double-column, while the whole portion of the second and third 
columns revert to left-align, even though lyx thinks they're right 
align, and displays them as such.  I've attached a simple file with the 
offending table.

I can't see anything wrong with my table, am I missing something, or is 
this a bug?  ANd in lyx or latex?  And is there a workaround?
