Several things here:
- CC 4.1 does not support bool type. That's bad.
- CC 4.1 does not support the using keyboard. That's bad.
- The subdirectory src/cheader, which helps some compilers, has been
forgotten. I'll fix that.
All in all, I do not think CC 4.1 will ever be able to compile newer
lyx versions... While we could work around the two first problems, I'm
sure this means the CC does not have a correct STL library and _that_
is a showstopper.
