Just got this comment. Itold the guy about the tth-based html export in
1.1.1, but had nothing useful to say about his desire for larger point-size
defaults.

As I get older, anything less than 14 point seems inadequate.
Other geezers have thanked me for providing readable
documents, so it seems that I am not alone in this. :-)
The inability to set anything greater than 12 point type as
the basic size is a significant limitation of LyX, in my
eyes. Of course, I could fiddle with the size manually, but
this would loose the advantage of having LyX automatically
deal with titles etc. To add insult to injury, there does
not even seem to be any way to set the default size to 12.

As a further comment, I have sometimes found it desirable
to produce a document which could be printed out nicely on
paper and also turned into a Web page, or with chapters as
separate pages. If the coming ability of LyX to export HTML
makes this possible, I believe that this will greatly
enhance the appeal of the programme.

Anyway, my congratulations to the developers for all the
good work.
