I have changed the definition in stdlists.inc to use a \makebox in the
definition of \makelabel. This makes proper alignment in the label
easy and we now does not require any hacks to get right justified.
\item[hello] left justified
\item[\hfill{}hello\hfill{}] centered
\item[\hfill{}hello] right justified.
The section 3.3.3.6(???) in UserGuide should be changed accordingly (I
have already done that but I have done some other changes to the
document format that should not go in at this stage...
