Anyone have a copy of the old LyX FAQ?

Hello all,

I'd like to drop a copy of version 0.0 of the new FAQ in CVS sometime soon
(yes, I really am going to do this, though v0.0 will be little more than
an outline). I'd like to get my hands on a copy of the old FAQ first to
steal as much from it as I can, but I haven't been able to access Paul
Evans' site nor contact him via e-mail during the last week. Does anyone
have a copy of the old FAQ that they could forward to me? Thanks.
