Since I am only bi-lingual, and know these interesting languages only
by proxy that will be hard.
But I know that to support arabic, you have to support quite a bit of
uncode rendering.
vowels is ligatures with consonants etc, depending on what char is
before or after and the like. and more than one other char takes part
in the decision process.
