So, this patch replaces BufferView->LyXView->getDialogs().[show, 
update()] with BufferView signal emissions.
The associated WorkArea is then responsible to connect these signals to 
its LyXView parent.

This patch works fine and there seems to be no objection so I will 
commit it.
