Ok.
The function 'window-close' closes the current LyX window.
Closing the last window also closes LyX.
See 'window-new' for more details.

Ok. So should I make the description:
The function 'window-close' closes the current LyX window. Closing
the last window also closes LyX (unless a special LyX was started
with a special server option). See 'window-new' for more details.
Btw, maybe the LFUN should be able to take an argument specifying what
window to close? That could be done in the future of course.
