This is Bo's latest suggestion if I understand it correctly.
So the menu is actually from QT?! No wonder I can not find it
anywhere. This has gone beyond what I can do.
We also need a real menu to go to view->toolbars-> .... So please
someone add this menu and attach it to toolbar->right click.
In the meantime, I am going to submit what I have right now. It can
already save/restore toolbar visibility and location. I also added a
AUTO flag so REVIEW etc will only work when AUTO is on.
