The old command does only work with an additional package option in the new version, and the extensions of the created files are changed. I know that the current nomcl version is quite new, but texlive has it. Apart from that it is a new LyX feature, so if somebody wants to use it he can for some time be expected to install a new nomencl package. I don't think it is that difficult: You could collect the glossary entries in InsetNomencl::validate() and store them in a new field in OutputParams::exportdata. If you think you can not complete the docbook export please add a bugzilla entry. If you can do it you will get extra credits: Implementing a new feature is fun, but polishing it requirs some additional work and is normally not so fun... > By the way, Thanks a lot for your effort on my code.
