Dear all, Attached contains the diff and new files for the multiple index support.
- supports makeidx, index, splitidx styles Glitches, TODOs - no multind support, yet. (maybe never) - when the multiple index support is switched off, all index entries is merged to one, which can be easily changed. See TODO note.. - Title of the default index is set to "Index" in splitidx mode, (which is normally empty). - No check for index.sty or splitidx.sty. - splitidx command is not modified.
